Welcome back to all our cadets for 2021! Our first parade night is on next Thursday 4th February. We’ve put together our first newsletter for 2021 (called the Squadron Routine Order) which tells you all the thing that are happening in the next few months. On Sunday, 22nd October, we will be visiting Camden Airport for a Flying Day at the Air League’s Air Activities Centre. The cadets will have the opportunity to undertake an Air Experience flight, and the Squadron will be sponsoring part of the flight to ensure all cadets get to experience a flight. Parents and family…
Due to the rain over the past week, a decision was been made to POSTPONE the Keith Smith Wing Parade. This decision has been made with the consolation with Liverpool Council. The parade will be rescheduled to a later date, which will be advised in the future.
Our first event for 2024 is the 2024 NSW Group Swimming Carnival, which will be held on Saturday, 16th March 2024, at Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre, starting from 1730hr (5:30pm). All the information can be found on the NSW Group website here. This is a fun carnival and we hope to see everyone there!
At our recent parade night the cadets had the opportunity to put all of their theory training in to practise on the simulator, all of them enjoyed the simulator and most even safely landed after their flight!
